Website Terms of Use

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

  • The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only and is subject to change at any time without notice.

  • Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  • Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information recommended, promoted, or otherwise available through this website is of merchantable quality and meets your specific requirements.

  • Your judgement should be key to your use and enjoyment of LinkAdelaide. Whilst we like to believe that everything we promote (in good faith) is right, legal and proper, and that people contacting us with things to promote do so with good intentions, we also know that unfortunately sometimes that’s not the way the world works. So, if something promoted or otherwise discussed through the website seems, on your further investigation, to be too good to be true, slightly dodgy or downright off, we hope that you have the good sense to detect this and stay away from it. (Please also let us know via info@linkadelaide.com.au so that, if things prove to be dodgy, we can react in a way to reduce the likelihood that later visitors to LinkAdelaide will be affected.)

  • This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions. Either way, we ask that you contact us if you wish to reproduce our content in any forum, or if you believe any content displayed on our site belongs to you and has been reproduced without your permission.

  • This website also relies on content provided by you. Please note that anything you share with LinkAdelaide is and becomes the property of LinkAdelaide and, unless expressly stated on or at the time of providing said information to LinkAdelaide, we have the right to reproduce it in any form we see fit to do so.

  • LinkAdelaide is a business and, as such, may be paid a fee to promote items to you by people, organisations, companies and other businesses. At all times, LinkAdelaide will aim to ensure that you are made aware of such partnerships so there is a clear distinction between what is advertising and what is not. Again though, we ask you to use your better judgement and common sense.

  • Additionally, and especially as LinkAdelaide builds itself up, many of the interviews and content will be provided by friends and friends of friends to whom we have personal and professional friendships. Where sensible, disclosure of such friendships will be made at the time of providing content.

  • Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

  • This website includes many links to other websites and content. These links are provided for your convenience should you wish to seek further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s) and/or the content and opinions contained therein.

  • You may not create a link to this website from another website or document without LinkAdelaide’s prior written consent.

  • LinkAdelaide reserves the right to change, update or otherwise amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice.

  • Should you have an issue with ANY of the content you find on LinkAdelaide, please address your feedback (in writing) to Stephen Moylan, LinkAdelaide, PO Box 1049, North Adelaide SA 5006 or via email direct to stephen@linkadelaide.com.au All feedback with return contact details will be responded to in writing, within four weeks.
